Sweet & Sassy

I'm a Southern born and raised woman who met a Yankee and moved up north to be with him. I love him more than anything in the world, with my beloved pets coming in a close second. A few years ago, we moved back to the land of sweet tea and black-eyed peas. My darling Yankee is still adjusting to the slower pace of life, but the free and easy access to BBQ makes it easier for him. I have been a creative person my entire life and love trying new things. Unfortunately, that means I have countless UFO's (unfinished objects) lying around. I'll get to them some day. Maybe. I've lost loved ones to cancer, beaten it twice myself, and I am gearing up for battle number three. I face it with the unwavering support and love of my incredible husband and my dark and highly inappropriate sense of humor.
