Hello and thanks for your interest in my work. About my process and inspiration: I most often create when I am exploring a new technique, culture, or idea. In a previous life I was a scientist but my desire to explore and understand remains. For me art is just a new way to do this. This usually means that I don't stick with any technique or subject matter for a long time and that I am always trying something new. In the artwork of others I am most drawn to light, color, and natural patterns. I think much though not all of my work reflects that. Enjoy Kate P.S.
