red puppy

Hello All and welcome to red puppy creations! The 'red puppy' is our rescue dog Rory, my girlfriend and I adopted him in 2014. Rory means 'Red King' which is why I've chosen that colour for the logo. Rory is more brindle than red, but he definitely thinks he is king! One of the things we loved to do was take him to a craft fair near our home where he got a lot of treats and was made a fuss of by nearly all the stallholders. It's also a wildlife reserve so there was plenty of space for him to wander about (always on the lead though!). Looking at all the stalls and seeing the things that people have created has really influenced my desire to be more creative again myself which is why I've opened this store. Although I've been interested in Art & Design for over 30 years over that time I've only managed to produce a few portraits, a few more pet portraits, and one or two commissions. My biggest hurdle has always been the speed at which I work (very slowly!) so most of the items I've produced have just been for friends and family. After looking through my dusty portfolio... I decided it was time to try and share some of my ideas and commit to creating some new ones.
