The NIU brand began as a low-sugar, reduced calorie fruit juice manufactured and produced for children and health conscious adults. 16 year old Cynthia Torrence launched the brand in 2018 and is the youngest member of the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce. The brand has been featured on WFMJ, Fox News Jet 24, and various newspapers.
