Melissa believes that playfulness should be part of everyone’s everyday. She’s the artist/designer/maker behind Buue Studio (how her child said blue as a toddler). She’s had her own handmade children’s clothing line since 2007, mixing prints with wild abandon. The never ending need to create along with a passion for patterns has lead her to surface design. Her use of bright, bold colors, block prints and digital techniques make her work delightfully uncommon.
