L. A. born, singer/songwriter Amber Rose, 25, is a seasoned performer with over 25 years in the entertainment business. A former child actor, she started writing songs at age 11, and came onto the L.A. music scene at barely 15 years old, when she played The 1st Annual Accept & Respect Festival. By age 16, she was playing on the L.A. clubs such as The Rainbow, The Cat Club, 14 Below, The UnUrban, and The Masquer’s Cabaret as a solo acoustic artist. At 19, when she formed The Amber Rose Band, she moved on to larger venues at The Roxy, The Key Club, and The Tangier. Her original acoustic version of “Don’t Let Me Go” is included on The Best of Sound Aid CD released in July 2007 at The 1st Annual Sound Aid Concert in Salem OR and is currently sold on CD Baby, with 100% of the proceeds from Sound Aid going to Heifer International.
