Adoption Designs

I was born in the Netherlands, a country known for its master artists and world-renowned museums. It was a wonderful place to grow up for a kid who loved art! I have loved drawing from the time I can remember and had a pencil in my hand on most days. As an 18 year old, I moved to the United States by myself (having never visited before!) and started living in Portland, Oregon after graduating from college. As an adoptive mother of two children, I look for ways to celebrate adoption and educate others about adoption every day. Having been born in Holland, my husband born in the US and our kids in Guatemala, we are quite the international, multi-cultural family! Over the years, I have looked for gifts for adoptive families and not always found it very easy to find heartfelt, attractive gifts with an adoption theme. With my designs, I strive to provide some more options for families looking for this type of gift.
