This story starts on the small island of Ketchikan, Alaska. A remote island in Southeast Alaska where I was born and raised. I had moved back home full time in February of 2024 upon completion of my military service in the US Army as an airborne infantry paratrooper. When I first had moved back home I had no idea how or even if I was going to be able to fit back into normal civilian life nor did I really know what it was I wanted to do for a living. After asking myself that exact question easily hundreds of times I finally had an answer. I thought it was time to bet on myself and pursue my passion in the fitness industry and help people who want a change in their lives and who are willing to dig with their shovel themselves.
