The Sarmiento Heritage Foundation, Inc. (SHFI), a non-stock, non-profit organization duly incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippines on April 25, 2003 was formed to provide charity assistance to the sick, disabled and disadvantaged families; to enrich the artistic ability of the poor; and to give awards and scholarship grants to deserving poor students.
