With me creativity is an affliction, addiction and passion. My imagination is always on override! I started off with photography many years ago as a young teen, became more serious as a 30 something adult - setting up my original website and changing over to digital. I currently use a Nikon D80 and my favourite subjects are flowers, macros and (macro shots of flowers!). In addition to my love of flowers and hearts (yes thats a passion too!) I have now wangled a way to be able to create fantasy imagery - mainly of fairies, maidens etc. Although I can draw and paint a little digitally and have had some reasonable flower results, I cannot and never will be able to do people. So I now use Daz 3D to create my initial characters and then use Photoshop and an array of filters, a digital tablet and pen etc. to finalise the work. I love creating and resent anything that gets in the way - such as my full time job (although I do enjoy it and it is very worthwhile - oh and feeds and houses me), housework and at times other people!
