The Story Behind the Store: In January 2024, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Millions of women have walked this path—of this, I am sure—but no two journeys are identical. What I know for certain is that being RESILIENT—possessing those intrinsic qualities that no one can give you, nor can they take from you, no matter what—saw me through the year of cancer. Through it all, I found solace in words. One poem, in particular, poured from my heart onto paper, resonates deeply with those who read it and I knew I wanted women everywhere to have access—to find strength, encouragement, and a reminder of their own resilience. With the incredible artistry of dear friend, Priscilla Holmes, graphic designer extraordinaire, and the inspiration drawn from other talented Zazzle artists, I transformed this piece into something tangible—something to gift, to hold close.
