Community Ties Oscoda (http://communityties.us/oscoda) is a website where people can connect and discuss what's going on and issues in Oscoda County. The Community Ties project is a Michigan State University project funded by the USDA. Community Ties and Fairview High School have also partnered to offer MSU Web classes at Fairview High School.
