Prezados,
Recebi meus convites ontem e, ao abrir a caixa enviada pela Zazzle, fiquei extremamente decepcionada com a qualidade do produto recebido.
Após quase dois meses de espera entre a compra e a entrega, este foi o estado em que recebi meus tão sonhados convites de casamento. Trata-se de um produto de valor elevado, cuja qualidade está muito aquém do que é apresentado e vendido na plataforma.
Além do valor pago pelos convites, arquei com um frete internacional bastante caro e, ainda, com a taxa de importação cobrada pela Receita Federal. Considerando todo esse custo, a qualidade recebida é inaceitável e não corresponde ao que foi contratado.
Diante do exposto, solicito o ressarcimento integral do valor pago pelo produto, uma vez que ele não atende aos padrões de qualidade esperados e divulgados.
Aguardo um retorno com urgência.

I just loved the invitations and they were just as expected!
They are delicate, just lovely. It was just as expected. Good material for invitation and the charts are just great!
