Work Hard Inside to Play Hard Outside
Since we don't always have tons of time to spend outdoors it makes sense to prepare before we get there. Being prepared also makes it more enjoyable. Strength and endurance to climb over all the boulders. Lung capacity to roll up and down the hills instead of gasping for air. Lifting weights, strength, training, riding a stationary bike, or otherwise. Do the things indoors that help you enjoy your time outdoors.
