Save The Wild Horses

Thousands of free-roaming feral horses make the public lands of our Western United States their home. The Bureau of Land Management manages and protects these magnificent animals on almost 26 million acres of public land. Some horses are available for adoption. Some people want to euthanize these wild herds by shooting them or selling them to slaughter and devote the public lands to cattle. Those who care, need to encourage their Congressional representatives to provide the funds for humane fertility control and adoption, and to allow the majority of these horses to live free on public lands for the enjoyment of future generations.
