Protest against wireless technologies

So many wireless products are labelled as "smart": smartphones, smart meters, smart cars, smart appliances, smart homes, smart cities. But they aren't really smart. For instance, there is evidence that using a so-called "smartphone" reduces both attention span and intelligence. Smart meters seem to result in much larger bills for consumers. And you can never turn them off, not even when you go away. Then there are "smart" cars, at least one of which has already killed a pedestrian. Is it really smart to let these "smart" objects do our thinking for us? Wireless technologies, including all "smart" applications, emit dangerous non-ionizing radiation which is bad for health and bad for the environment. The more "smart" gadgets there are, the more wireless infrastructure is needed to support them. That means even more radiation. "Smart" technologies give companies access to all your data, and they are a hacker's paradise. Want privacy? Don't use wireless technologies.
