PICKETT MONSTER

Legend of the PICKETT MONSTER - Since the early 1980s stories have emerged from Fort Pickett, Blackstone,Va., and the surrounding areas of a large, hairy, bipedal creature. Reports of it standing anywhere between 7 and 12 feet tall with broad shoulders, a massive chest, and a most horrible stench that lingers in the air minutes after the creature has departed are not unheard-of. A kid on a school bus, soldiers involved in training exercises, farmers and hunters alike have all reported sightings of and direct encounters with the PICKETT MONSTER. Known to roam the the woods of Fort Pickett and areas surrounding Nottoway County, Virginia the creature known as the PICKETT MONSTER has become legend.
