Just Keep Sniffing

About jksLola …“just keep sniffing” (jks) was inspired by my 1st dog—Lola. I saw her picture on the local shelter’s website and fell in love. She was a senior dog at 12, described as an energetic girl who loved her walks. We learned she had been diagnosed with mammary cancer, but since I’d already fallen hard for her, there was no way we were leaving the shelter without her. So she came home with us, and we spent 14 months together before she left us to cross the Rainbow Bridge. On most days we took 2 walks together, and that added up to about 800 walks! While Lola was a bit of a "social media hound" with many of her pictures published numerous times online and in print, I am a bit of an introvert, but Lola inspired my creation of a website to honor her and to spread awareness about homeless pets | Many of the products in this collection were inspired by Lola and by our current adopted dog Khloe, who is slowly but surely learning that she doesn’t always have to be in “Terrier Mode"
