Chinese Zodiac

The Chinese "Zodiac" attributes human traits to 12 different animal species. Each animal represents a year in a twelve year cycle. Each cycle starts with the year of the Rat - year twelve, is the year of the Pig. The year in which you were born lends the particular animals characteristics to your personality, habits and behavior. In this way, it's similar to Western Astrology but your life is influenced by animal traits rather than the Stars.
