Cantaloupe

A long-time favourite of mine and a hero in the goodness department, the cantaloupe. In South Africa, we refer to this delicious fruit as 'spanspek' (pronounced: spun-spak). If you look closely, you will notice intricate designs in your food which gives a new meaning to 'mindful eating'.
