As a person of generalized anxiety disorder, I thought doing these shirts would help to bring knowledge to the subject. It is often not discussed or pushed aside - I think social anxiety should be socially accepted and discussed. These shirts will open the door for interesting conversations. I had anxiety just creating this piece.
