Toon_of_Longmeadow

My name is Jen Cosgrove, and I am a cartoonist who designs greeting cards and Web comics. Just for kicks, I started doodling the TOON of Longmeadow cartoon map way back in 2008. After lots of sporadic fiddling, I first shared my cartoon snapshot of this lovely town in 2012. Since then, the “new” high school opened in 2013 and there have been other changes that prompted me to update TOON of Longmeadow. My goal for selling TOON of Longmeadow gifts is to benefit this town that we love in my own small way. All the profits go to the Friends of Storrs Library, an enthusiastic and hard-working group of volunteers that protect and enhance the Richard Salters Storrs Library. With such dedicated staff and volunteers, comprehensive and up-to-date collections and resources, and engaging programs for all ages, it’s no wonder the Storrs Library is prized by everyone in Town.
